Schedule a builders meeting

Meet with your REALTOR® and builder to discuss what you and your family desire and need for your new home. 

Determine floor plan and find a lot

Review availble floor plans with the builder and customize it to fit your needs, and review availble lots with your REALTOR® 

Finalize contract

Review your new home selections with your REALTOR® and finalize the contract to start construction on your new home.

Construction begins

Once the contract is finalized, construction can begin! The time it takes to build your home depends on several factors, including the size and construction style of the home, as well as the season. 

Final walk through, keys to new home

Once construction is complete, you will do a final walk-through with your REALTOR® and recieve the keys to your new home shortly after closing.
